Best front desk staff in Melbourne, very helpful and extremely accommodating. Quest has a brilliant location, tram ride to city and close to district docklands iga and Woolworths

Overall it was a good experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay. However, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable as the two smaller beds that made up the king size bed in my room were two different heights and I felt that a lot of the kitchen equipment was greasy or oily which wasn’t the best when trying to cook. Apart from that the studio was quite nice and the hotel was in a very good location

坐落在Dockland的公寓，工作人員熱情，設施齊全，附近有超市，吃飯的點也很多，出行Tram就在邊上，很方便。超市買來自己燒着吃滿足中國胃。

I feel like home. Although the room cleaning is not really done well, lots of hair and rubbish not cleaned  everyday, some cooking utensils are oily, we did a bit cleaning and try best to maintain good. That’s not really a big problem. The bed, the pillows are comfortable and the design is comfy. The water pressure is enough 👍🏼. I can sleep well that’s the most important. The location is perfect. Just within 2 mins walk to the free tram to city center. There’re 2 supermarkets nearby.  The man helping check-in comes a bit unfriendly and makes me feeling uncomfortable. I am not a native English speaker , not listening quite well as he speaks too fast. I received an unpleasant face when I need to repeat. Honestly, I don’t have problems of reading English.

The best part of staying in Quest NewQuay would be its location, easily accessible to Southern Cross station. I stayed in the room with lovely Bay view. The staffs are friendly. Easy to check in and check out.

就在墨爾本的新碼頭附近，走幾步就到，在碼頭旁邊走走，散散步挺好，就是 5-6 月晚上會有點冷。 酒店房間不大，**** 的戶型，夠用。

酒店位置距離機場大約20分鐘車程，地區夜晚很靜。300米有Woolworths及小店。酒店設施很新，房間很寬敞，一廳一房，浴室有洗衣機和乾衣機，開放式廚房，廚房電器杯碟餐具俱備。1.8米大床，床舖枕頭舒適。前枱職員親切有禮。

房間面積還是可以的，不知道是不是這一間很久沒住一個是灰塵多，還有最不能忍的是床鋪有味道導致沒睡好。 但是後來大洋路回來又入住了同一房型的另一個房間兩晚，床鋪很不錯沒有任何味道，所以建議可以入住的時候先檢查下不滿意及時提出換房間。 酒店地理位置很不錯，超市200米，CW就超市邊上，免費電車就100米以內，去墨爾本機場打的200rmb以內，阿瓦隆遠一點打的350rmb左右，有三人的話打的也比坐skybus合算。

優點：位置不錯，周邊五分鐘步行距離內有woolworths、CW，樓下有亞洲超市，離海邊很近餐廳也很多。周邊是寫字樓安全係數也比較高，在免費電車的範圍內。前台服務人員態度很熱情，房間洗碗機、餐具、微波爐、烤箱、洗衣機乾衣機設施齊全。 缺點：打掃房間衞生的人非常馬虎，被單上污漬明顯、馬桶蓋板與水箱連接處明顯是很久沒有清潔過，乾衣機裏也沒有做過清潔，很多毛絮所以不敢使用。

The room is tidy and clean. Kitchen and utensils could be cleaner (and less oily). Great amenties. Netflix on TV. Free laundry on the ground floor, with washing powder and softener provided. The time to wash and dry is a bit long though. There is a balcony with only 1 ft width, but enough for getting fresh air and the view of yarra river. Good location to have a night walk around the port. Two grocery stores near the hotel. It is quiet but still located within free tram zone, so it's more affordable and very convenient to go out. Near the skybus station in southern cross station from or towards the airport.
