相對來説算宜必思裏面設施較為齊全的了。不過問題很多。房間温度是恆温的，而且不管怎麼調（甚至開成制熱）都衹有16度！叫人來檢查，兩個人進來嘰嘰歪歪半天，沒有任何效果。早餐40卡（約80元），幾乎沒有肉！所有的服務生都穿鞋進房，非常不講究。優點：1，健身房很不錯。2，在齋月解決了我的飲酒問題。

Ibis Doha太棒了！無論是入住環境、氛圍還是飲食！碰到的每一位工作人員都會主動問候打招呼，詢問是否食物是否符合胃口、住的還習慣嗎等等。在處理工作時，看到在佈置國內春節的元素，多少有點被深深打動了。唯一需要提升的就是房間隔音效果。

爛透了的服務，以及擅自闖進客人房間、擅自開啟客人保險箱。飯店保險箱在一開始入住的時候就是壞的，早上請了人來修好後，下午居然又有人員未經同意直接進入房間內勘查、並且還擅自打開我已經鎖上的保險箱。我已經掛上請勿打擾標示於門上，然酒店仍自行開門闖入（此時我已出門，並不在房間）。晚上回來發現保險箱被打開（但我非常確定我已鎖），請前台確認是否有人在我離開後仍進入，前台表示在查看完監視器後並無發現任何人員進入。之後我再次致電前台，前台另一位經理表示他也需要看一次監視器，之後告訴我確實有兩位工作人員在我出門後仍然進入我的房間，並且也確認他們的確開了保險箱。爾後我要求給予書面證明陳述當晚發上的事實，酒店方不斷拖延至今仍未給出正面回覆。非常不推薦任何人去住這家只會說謊的酒店！

Je suis mohamed j'ai passé 13 nuitées cette hôtel et Je peux rien dire vraiment incroyable l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le service de tout les côtés, meilleur housekeeper que je met c'est wai wai elle ma laissé jamais besoin de chose et le restaurant magnifique de A a Z.. La piscine incroyable avec carlo lifeguard... Gym wow... Reception parmi les meilleurs ASHRAF.. JOSHUA ET NINA.... étaient very helpful and kind... I promise I'll return to ibis doha in my next travel so my next upcoming to doha will end landing in ibis Thank you so much guys you made my holiday 😍😍😍😍😍😍🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿

I had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price. As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable. Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so special.

My family and I recently spent four nights at Ibais Hotel in Doha, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The warm hospitality and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. A special shoutout to Safiyya at the front desk, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. The housekeeping team, Damoder and Madan, did an outstanding job keeping our rooms spotless and comfortable, always with a smile and great attention to detail. Joshua, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and always available whenever we needed anything. The entire team at Ibais Hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha!
