Chambres spacieuses et confortables, personnel de ménage et sécurité très sympathiques. En revanche, petit déjeuner vide, personnel de cuisine désagréable, et tentative de facturation des bouteilles d’eau sans explication. Alarmes incendie qui sonnent plusieurs fois par jour, même la nuit. Nous avons dû réclamer des basiques en chambre (serviettes, chaussons, brosse à dents, eau). Expérience globalement décevante malgré quelques points positifs.

The hotel instalations are in fair condition, but some little problems have got to be resolved. The shower, keeps changing the temperature of the water, goes from cold to extremely hot constantly, so you have to get in and out of the shower so you don't get almost burn or frozen. They do provide a safe on the room, but you cannot set your own combination, they have one fixed combination for each room, and it won't change regarding whos in the room. That means if the room is occupied for one person today, the combination will be the same for everyone occupying that room. It's fixed and very easy to be spread for the whole hotel staff. The person attending us at checkout, I wouldn't say rude, but not very pleasant to deal with. The mattress was very soft, it caused us some back pain. The breakfat is very oriented to a specific ethnicity. You have not other options if you does not belong to that ethnicity. But, anyway, besides all still a very good option for a quick and affordable stay.

The place is very very nice that when i went inside i really felt the comfort and i felt relax that i fell asleep immediately. no outside noise or anything. the toilet is very nice I really like the place. For front desk upon check-in let me wait for some time as they cannot retrieve my reservation yet i showed them my confirmation and still was not able to pull it out from their system. the restaurant is overlooking from the lobby and maybe there is an event reason for the lobby to sound like a public market with lots of noise. I will definitely recommend the hotel for my next 永安 specially if they were able to provide the most practical or cheaper rate.
