房間環境特別好，夜景很美，酒店服務非常到位，打車會直接送到酒店門口，酒店服務人員會幫忙開門和拿行李，完全不用自己動手

l hôtel est très bien et personnel gentil et serviable, par compte je suis très surpris des alentours, c est pas très propre moyennement voir mal entretenu, aucunes plages public aux alentours une seule a proximité payante chère et très petites, bref doha ça sera juste une fois , je préfère largement Dubai ou abu dhabi

這酒店老舊破，不值得1600/晚。沒有吹風機，洗漱用品，拖鞋也沒有。和前台要了三次等了一晚也沒提供任何物品。早餐難吃 熱飲湯類都沒有.

Hotel is located in the West Bay Area of Doha surrounded by many other 5 star hotels. We were only a 10 minute walk to the main mall which had lots of eating places and a huge supermarket attached. The check in was efficient and staff were courteous. We were allocated a room on the 37 floor overlooking the bay. This is a former Crowne Plaza hotel and is being updated. Our room was huge with large living area and bed. Separate dressing area with wardrobe. Iron board and safe. Bathroom was clean and had separate shower and bath. Good value for our stay and loved the location.

在west bay的酒店羣裏，保持了皇冠一如既往的標準和態度。有行李房，洗手間和浴室是在一起的，但有單獨的淋浴隔斷，不衹是浴缸。皇冠還有一點好，就是總是有晾衣繩。這點細節好評。酒店離city center doha mall 比較近，可以順便逛。離地鐵metro有1.6km左右。

good hotel for business 永安, all around luxury hotels and near the city centre mall. the room is big and clean and the reception give us three smoking room, that's great helpful, no need to go down and outside for smoking。 appreciate and hope next time still stay at crown plaza west bay!
