整體體驗不錯，值得去，沙漠很漂亮，酒店不錯，而且還有網球場可以打網球。環境乾淨，服務態度好，早餐也挺好吃的。

沒想到會因為戰爭，多住好幾晚，但也因為櫃枱服務回應冷淡，在這時節，讓人更覺得看出服務的品質，而且明明政府發布飯店可以免費延期，但飯店人員緊會推託以及模糊回答，還誤導線下刷卡比較容易退訂，害我還有一晚沒有從TRIP上面訂，還真的照刷了多花了好多錢....但目前是沒能拿回費用的。

餐廳有蒼蠅，被單因為掖在床單裏白天根本沒注意到，誰能想到大名鼎鼎的凱悅會用如此破舊不堪的床單給客人，不是親眼所見根本無法相信！在夏威夷、在墨西哥坎昆、在首爾……凱越酒店均給我留下了非常好的難忘印象，又看到永安評分很高，所以這次毫不遲疑地在永安預訂了這家酒店（在多哈四個晚上住了四家酒店，有來福士、費爾蒙等金鑽的也有普通五星的，儘管酒店不同程度的各種問題也都存在，但我看總體表現，瑕不掩瑜，前面三家酒店都給了五星好評。這是多哈的最後一晚），早上起床看到這樣的床單震驚之餘拍了下來！最可怕的還不止這些，而是這家酒店樓下（酒店裡）就是類似酒吧樣的餐廳（卡塔爾不賣酒），disco音樂震耳欲聾，從晚上七八點一直響到凌晨兩點零一分！期間我打過三次電話問能否調小聲音，特別是凌晨一點左右從窗戶上往下看已經全無客人，衹有一名穿白色短袖的疑似工作人員的小夥子在。然而數次電話後的效果（永安客服也致電他們兩三次）是：震心的低音炮音樂反而越來越大。我身體不好，心慌、頭疼帶上耳塞也無濟於事，根本無法入眠！退房時沒有任何道歉，前台衹有一個膚色微黑的姑娘説了聲：“sorry”。我去過五十個國家，住過非洲的沙漠帳篷，也住過我國邊疆一百多元的民宿，還住過阿布扎比八星的宮殿（酒店），第一次碰到這樣的情況，內心無比難受。酒店有免費機場班車，司機師傅特別好，幫助所有客人拿行李又非常準時，我説了很多謝謝給他；當天下午不到五點時候去吃麥當勞，前台一位姑娘給我熱情指路還把附近超市名字給我寫在紙上。我在辦check in 的時候再三問前台另一位姑娘請儘量給我一間安靜的房間因為我睡眠不好，可是姑娘，你為什麼不告訴我呢：我們有disco打擊樂到凌晨兩點在您客房的下面啊！

Останавливаемся в этом отеле третий раз. Все хорошо, вкусные завтраки, бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. Отличный вариант для ночной стыковки.

Останавливались в этом отеле всего на одну ночь. Отель очень чистый и красивый. Номер оснащен всем необходимым. Чтобы найти выход к гейту 3 необходимо идти в сторону выдачи багажа: «baggage claim» ( на выход из города. Трансфер ходит каждый час.

第一次出差卡塔爾，就呆一天。酒店設施，床品滿分，上網速度很不錯！早餐也非常不錯，非常豐富。唯一問題是居然沒有牙膏，還好我隨身攜帶。酒店乾淨衞生，離機場還近。

A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Perfect location, spotless and comfortable rooms, and top-notch service. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities like the pool and spa are excellent. Staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommended . I’ll definitely stay here again.

Gran hotel. Muy conveniente si se hace una escala larga en Doha ya que todo son ventajas en el hotel: tiene un autobús gratuito que sale desde/hacía el aeropuerto cada hora, dispone de piscina, spa incluido y varios restaurantes/bares para tomar algo cerca. En caso de hacer otra escala larga en Doha lo recomendaría sin dudarlo. Además la cama es enorme e increíblemente cómoda.

酒店位於原來的舊機場旁邊，離新機場也僅僅13公里㎞，不過，酒店有班車24小時接送機（機場接機是整點，比如12點、13點；酒店送機是半點，比如12：30、13：30。到點就走，非常準時、方便。）酒店在紅線地鐵🚇兩個站中間，出行方便。唯一不足的就是周邊飯店不多，吃飯比較困難一點。早餐不錯，品種很多！
