Good.. lawa .. semua lawa .. ada machine basuh . Tapi masa masuk tu, ada byk rmbut² halus maybe org sblum ni punya. Itu je yg kurang kat situ. Kalau boleh usahakan bersih dan mop sekali pun smpai lantai tu tak nampak rmbut pun ok

Here’s a refined 500-character version you can use to describe this experience: I faced a challenge during a hotel stay where the room had hygiene issues (dead cockroach and lizard) and a moment of electricity outage. Customer service was unresponsive, stating their technician was unavailable. The wifi connection is failed to attempt from 1st day staying and can't connected to Tv also, stay for 3 night with a WORST EXPERINCE. I requested an early deposit refund due to the inconvenience, but it was denied, despite their fast collection policy. I remained firm but professional, documented the issues, and escalated to management. The case highlighted unfair practices and poor service handling.
