A new, modern 3-star hotel in ITCC Penampang that tries very hard to feel like a 4-star—and sometimes succeeds, sometimes politely declines. It’s generally rated very good (~8.8/10 to 4.6/5) by guests.

酒店環境非常舒服，餐廳的服務也非常棒棒噠，樓下有商場，酒店有小遊泳池，非常適合躺平安靜休息幾天。環境和酒店服務的笑容讓旅客很開心。希望下次再見。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining the room daily. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest well.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful — they even entertained my request for early check-in before 3 PM. I also reported an issue about the pool hygiene, and they responded quickly. However, the room floor wasn’t very clean; it felt dusty or sandy when walking barefoot. Breakfast could be improved with more variety.

new hotel, furniture and overall facilities still in good conditions, and clean, hope keep it up... but the toilet floor is slippery, need to be carefull, risk of fall.. dangerous to elderly. food still limited choices, no bread... usually bread are the basic food must have for hotel... so far my experienced, never encounter hotel no bread... no mirror in bedroom... ladies cant accept room without mirror.. hihihi... very inconvenient to use mirror in bathroom... room spacious for family, i booked room equipt with 1Q, 1S bed... one more thing..remote tv in chinese, cannot understand, no local tv channel (tv1,tv2.tv3, etc), netflix cannot open... no hotel subscription... become useless...
