升降機壞了，幾個月了，沒修理，沒有提供衞生紙，住了幾晚上，都沒有清理衞生，販賣部也衹有幾樣東西房間在三樓，要跑三樓。

Lift was out of order for the whole length of stay, we stayed at 3rd floor so with things to carry you will need some good stamina. No towel replacements and no room cleaning, you will be left alone as if you owned the place. So amenities and cleanliness is at the lowest possible level, especially outside compound with broken civil structures and plenty of rubbish all around.

Planning a 永安 to kk and with families. Location is to kk city about 10 min, kk international airport 10 min. And to Penampang town about 5 min. Hotel on the road side

Penginapan ok, selesa dan staf ramah dan menolong. Kalau boleh tolong upgrade tuala mandi sebab dah agak lusuh dan tipis dan tempat sabun mandi dah berkarat sehingga sabun cairan berbau karat.

廁所沒有供應衞生紙，冼臉盆水龍頭也壞，廁所沒有準備浴巾，要去大堂拿，沒有供應礦泉水 桌子的二瓶水，一個有水，一個沒有水，有水分還是一半瓶，看上去很像是上半客人用過。 升降機壞了，很多東西壞，都不去修復。他們沒有心去經營。 這酒店應該臨時訂，是深夜住入，又是在三樓，當時累了所以沒有走下樓要求換房間。

The cleanliness of the room are really bad, bedsheets are really dirty, and I have change 2 rooms for room dirty. Even change the third room, the toilet paper don't have, shampoo need ask the counter to take, the bedsheets still very dirty, and the aircond horsepower (1hp) are too small for a family room.
