房間較為整潔，設施也比較新。附近餐飲食肆較多。最不滿的是噪音較大，夜裡兩點還有摩託轟鳴和汽車呼嘯。起床後一看，樓後就是四岔路口、交通幹線。 其實我們訂房時就提出要求，入住時再次申請安靜一些的房間。前台告訴我們這是最高層，意思是樓上不會有人。或許住在樓道另一側會安靜些。

In the hotel room there's no coffee or tea bags!!! The hotel housekeeping service is zero. When I checked out next day in the morning and asked about it, the receptionist said I should have told them yesterday. But I checked into the hotel at 3.30am so how should I notice that there's no coffee or tea bags! No customer service at all. I will never stay at this hotel again. The receptionist made me, the customer, feel like it was my fault for not telling them that there's no coffee or tea bags in the hotel room. Really funny 🤣🤣🤣

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Only given 2 pillows, if need more need to request, which not a problem for me. Asked for quiet and higher room, managed to get room at higher floor but above us was a family suite, so the noise caused by guest upstair causing us abit restless. Informed reception but the noise still the same. Maybe hotel should alert if guest request for quiet room, should be away from family suite.

服務很快 前台也很有禮貌 廁所房間都很乾凈 可能因為剛翻新不久 都蠻新 也有提供沐浴露洗髮水 但是隔音蠻差的 可以聽到對面酒吧的聲響

This is the second time I’ve booked Hotel Bundusan for my dad, as he specifically requested it again — and for good reason! He stayed for two nights as a solo traveler and was very happy with the experience. The room was new, clean, and quiet — perfect for a restful stay. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!
