AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Everything seemed ok when we checked in, the hotel is miles out of the town so a Grab or motorbike is essential. The rooftop pool and bar were deserted, no staff and no stock in the bar. The “Spa” was also deserted and didn’t look like anyone had been in for years. We woke up in the morning to hundreds of bed bugs all over the walls and the bed, which was truly disgusting, we had bites all over us. We tried to speak to the hotel about it once we checked out but they refused cooperation and refused any option of a refund. They claimed the bugs were not bed bugs after pest control had checked, but then in the same sentence claimed the bed bugs were not on the bed just on the wall. Truly awful. We were not even bothered about the refund just hope other travellers don’t have to experience the same thing.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber, die Dusche hat uns besonders gut gefallen (sehr schnell Warmwasser und guter Wasserdruck). Im Restaurant variiert das Frühstück (manchmal Buffet, manchmal A la carte) und die Auswahl war nicht sehr gross (insbesondere Kontinental). Auch die Abendkarte hat uns nicht besonders begeistert. Wir empfehlen das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Dong Hoi sehr.

  Really beautiful hotel, inside and outside. Very friendly, professional staff. We happened to arrive before high season and were upgraded to a lovely suite. The restaurant is excellent, we ate there everyday, the duck is awesome. The beach is right across the street. We had the entire area all to ourselves, which at first was weird, but we enjoyed it. No lines, no crowds.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war super. Wir konnten außerdem an unserem Einreisetag gegen eine kleine Gebühr früher einchecken und frühstücken. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Restaurant können wir auch weiterempfehlen. Zum Strand muss man nur die Straße überqueren, er ist menschenleer aber allerdings schmutzig und wir haben niemanden Baden gesehen.

Тапок нет вместо них Сланцы многоразовые, вроде все неплохо и завтрак и проживание но имейте в виду пляж стремный, но зона у бассейна прикольная

最初に部屋が一つなくて、待たされました。お風呂も水が出なく、少し不便でした。ホテル自體はいいホテルだったので、また泊まりたいです。

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ, lễ phép, nhẹ nhàng, nhiệt tình. Ks đẹp, phòng rộng và sạch sẽ. Điểm trừ: các cửa kính k được sạch sẽ nên view ngắm cảnh không thật sự thoải mái. Nền phòng tắm khá trơn, tôi sút trượt ngã khi tắm.
