入住的兩天套房內的主卧都無法使用浴缸和淋浴，水温過低，調試到最高温度也就39度，且不能維持。酒店工作人員前後來檢查溝通三次，都説設備良好運行，提示浴缸熱水不能超過1/2。然而事實是浴缸的熱水衹能維持2-3分鐘，然後就是温水，整個泡澡5分鐘內就會涼透，然後剩下的温水都不夠足以洗淋浴。次卧一樣的問題，第一位使用後間隔半小時以上都不夠下一位洗完整的熱水澡。這在5星酒店很難被接受，也不符合其服務標準。整個溝通過程嚴重耽誤了行程安排。此外入住當晚到次日上午套房內的四個電話都無法撥打到前台得到幫助，最後是靠永安幫忙聯繫工作人員到獨棟樓來檢修。 但套房景色是好的，自助早餐我們額外詢問了有沒有Spanish coffee，開始説沒有 ，後來直接拿了一杯做好的，讓我們也有點小感動。

這次住了幾家不同酒店，這裏就性價比來説，普通吧，我們沒有住到海景房，所以房間內的體驗實在一般，不建議住側面的房間，房間不大采光不好也沒風景看。室外設施還是很好的，有五個游泳池，私人沙灘也很長，適合躺平一整天，孩子玩的很開心。

1+典型的度假酒店，適合全家出行，房間大，三個衞生間，設施齊全，有洗衣機，電磁爐冰箱，陽台超大有海景，也有不止一處游泳池。服務貼心。 唯一不足是早餐的選擇不多，純西式。

Loved this hotel - service is wonderful and staff couldn't do more for you. We received a free upgrade for my birthday without informing them of the date which was a lovely touch. All on site restaurants are lovely - we had the dine around option. Facilities was great Location is right on the palm next to royal Atlantis but taxis are cheap enough to get on and off the palm

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely perfect stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The resort is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the Palm. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort, making my stay truly relaxing. The dining options are exceptional, with a wide variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisines from around the world. The breakfast spread was outstanding, full of fresh and high-quality choices. The spa and wellness facilities are world-class, offering a sense of peace and rejuvenation. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – every staff member was attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Whether by the pool, on the beach, or at the restaurants, the hospitality was flawless. Sofitel The Palm is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely be returning on my next 永安.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience at the hotel. While there were positive aspects, there were also significant concerns that impacted my overall satisfaction. On arrival, we were disappointed to find that the sea view room we had booked was unavailable. However, the receptionist, Malsha, was very courteous and resolved the issue by providing a room upgrade and a late check-out, which we appreciated. Additionally, the food quality was good, and the dining experience met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and taste (Thank you Daniel for your kind dining services). Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. First, our key card was not updated in the system by 12:00 PM the following day, resulting in us being locked out of our room. More concerning, the cleaning supervisor entered our room without prior notice while my family members were asleep and while I was only partially dressed (wrapped in a towel). It was highly unprofessional for the supervisor to be unaware that the room was occupied, and this breach of privacy was unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the staff, the response was limited to an apology, with no further resolution or compensation offered. Given these incidents, I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future. While the staff’s initial efforts to accommodate us were commendable, the lack of attention to guest privacy and key card management significantly marred our experience.
