There was nothing in the hotel description about us having to pay 200 dirhams as a guarantee for Monday, but they took it from us. But the rest of the hotel is good and clean.

The Korean style hotel sauna was complimentary for guests. Cool, medium, and hot tubs were there with steam and finnish sauna. The gym was simple. They have some good and affordable restaurants too.

청결과 친절함이 느껴지고, 작지만 짐에서 운동과 수영도 하고 주변 마켓과 셔틀버스도 있고 단점으로 예민하신 분들은 비행기 이륙으로 가끔 소음이 느껴질 겁니다. 개인적으로 한식을 먹을 수 있다는 점에서 큰 점수를 주고 싶네요.

I stayed from April 19th to 20th with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), and unfortunately, the experience was far from what you'd expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. First major disappointment – no valet parking. For a hotel of this rating, that's a basic expectation. Check-in experience was equally poor. The front desk staff lacked warmth, professionalism, and any genuine effort to make guests feel welcome. Their attitude was indifferent, and they seemed clueless about guest service. We had requested a non-smoking, was thinking of a quiet room, but while the staff claimed to have "upgraded" us, the room we got was clearly dated. It was clean, but the bathroom basin was clogged constantly, and the noise from outside was unbearable. Even passing cars could be heard clearly, making it hard to get proper rest. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast – the food was good and the breakfast staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Checkout was another letdown. There were barely any staff available, and the process felt rushed and unprofessional. Honestly, I’m surprised this hotel holds a 5-star rating. Based on our experience, it felt more like a 3-star at best. I genuinely don’t understand the high ratings it seems to receive. My overall rating: 2 out of 5. Would not recommend for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

메트로역, 쇼핑몰 가깝고 주차도 여유있고 공항도 가깝고 조식으로 김치, 김치찌개, 미역국 등을 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 직원들 모두 친절했고 특히 아이에게 잘해주어 좋은 추억이 되었어요.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Asiana Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in Mr. Bashar was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing and luxurious experience. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail, from the soft linens to the room's ambiance. The hotel's facilities, including the steam room and sauna, added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. I had my breakfast at Korean restaurant and the food quality was outstanding, I enjoy a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Asiana Hotel was nothing short of excellent. I left feeling refreshed and well-cared for, thanks to Ms. Rachel for the smooth checkout process. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a combination of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I look forward to my next visit!

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff. The place is near to the Airport, close to metro station and the city centre. They have some amazing restaurants serving delicious Asiana cuisine and they have night clubs for partying. I would love to come back and stay again. Thanks for the great experience.
