We stayed at the W Hotel in Dubai — a stylish, modern 5-star property with great food (though the daily buffet was a bit repetitive). The rooms are big, fancy and beautifully designed, and we were kindly upgraded to one facing the inner Palm, which was a nice touch. However, the “all-inclusive” experience was confusing and uncomfortable. Staff frequently seemed unsure and hesitating about “all inclusive”, then benefits being sometimes not so proactively served, and we were repeatedly asked to sign receipts showing zero values — but with a tip line left open 🤨. On our first morning, we were even told to pay for water and juice because it was “before noon.” Only after speaking to the concierge was it clarified that drinks should indeed be free at any time. Additionally, the mix of loud music from both the hotel and the nearby beach club made the afternoons feel more like a party scene than a luxury resort. One evening, a walk along the beach ended abruptly when security from the neighboring “W Residences”approached us harshly, thinking we were filming — though we were just using a stargazing app. We never stepped on their property. In short: the facilities are impressive and the design is top-notch, but the experienced hospitality didn’t always feel genuine and clear or like a top priority. If you enjoy louder party and club music in the afternoon from two DJs at once, this is definitely your place to go — otherwise, it may not offer the relaxing 5-star “W”-experience you expect. But the hotel has the potential to be a perfect place to stay - just missed it on our four days. Last remark: next door is a construction site joining in on the two DJs 🤪. But this is nothing the hotel can solve.

酒店衹適合標準的度假人士。吃住全在酒店那種。想着出去溜達溜達就算了吧。距離市區很遠。自助晚餐非常豐富頂尖的存在了。相比之下早餐就略顯寒酸了。整體服務一般。不符合頂級5星水準。我參考的對比是萬豪酒店。門口迎賓到泳池服務。都一般。

Soggiorno fantastico al W the Palm Ho scelto il W the Palm principalmente per la sua posizione invidiabile sulla Palm Jumeirah e per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso da quanto l'esperienza abbia superato le mie aspettative. Ciò che mi ha colpito di più, oltre alla posizione strategica, è stato il servizio impeccabile e l'ospitalità calorosa di tutto lo staff. Ogni membro del team ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile, mostrandosi sempre disponibile e cordiale. Anche la struttura in sé è una vera chicca. Il design è moderno, funzionale e, soprattutto, estremamente elegante. Ogni dettaglio è curato, rendendo gli spazi non solo belli da vedere, ma anche piacevoli da vivere. L'unico piccolo appunto che posso fare riguarda la pulizia delle camere, che a volte è stata un po' lenta. Tuttavia, questo piccolo dettaglio non ha minimamente rovinato la nostra esperienza complessiva. Consiglio vivamente il W the Palm a chiunque cerchi una struttura moderna, con un servizio eccellente e una posizione da sogno a Dubai.

服務： 無論是Check in 還是 Check out ，工作人員都很熱情 . 點贊 👍 環境： 我是看上了游泳池才定的這家酒店，但是這個酒店的裝修風格實在是欣賞不來 ，整體都是暗黑深紫調 很暗很暗 ，一個人回房間的話 走到過道那裡有點滲得慌 設施：游泳池的分佈很好，但是泳池裡麪的水有待加強清理，戴着泳鏡沒在水裡 ，水的清凈度有點差強人意，感覺有點臟，泳池沙灘現在季節開放的時間是8am-7pm. 早餐：選項很多，我跟小孩子都還是蠻適應的 第一天吃早餐的時候發生了一個小插曲 ，餐廳的負責人後續跟進處理的態度還是很積極的 很認真的

From the moment we arrived at the w we were so happy with our choice of hotels as we just wanted to relax after 6 weeks of travelling . Everyone was so friendly .The w met our expectations and far more than we could have hoped for . We would love to stay here again one day in the future with family .

純ktv夜店裝修，真的誰住誰知道，一晚上2500的冤種，著名炮樓怎麼在杜拜裝修的那麼土，然後不是很建議住吧，夏天外面沙灘也太熱了，還有就是我朋友反應服務超級差，人家還沒退房就直接走進來查有沒有用mini bar裏的東西，我自己倒是沒發生這樣離譜的事情，然後工作人員全是阿三
