5月中旬に宿泊しました。 お部屋はとても広く綺麗でバルコニー付でしたっ！ バスタブとシャワールームがそれぞれあります。 お湯のスイッチがあるので、忘れずにオンに切り替えれば温かいお風呂に入れます。 スタッフさんも感じが良いです。 掃除の依頼をしていない日は、たまたまハウスキーパーさんと廊下ですれ違った時に聲をかけてくれて必要なもの持ってきてくださって親切でした。 立地◎ Insurance 駅から徒歩で5分のところにあります。 ホテルの近くには、飲食店やアラビアのお菓子が食べられるカフェやスーパーも歩ける距離にあり立地が良いです！朝食付きにせずに、近くにあるお店で食べていました。 またGlobal Village に行くバスがMall of Emirates 駅から出ています(Insurance 駅の隣)。 夜遅くまで遊んで電車が止まっていても、夜は涼しく快適に過ごせるので歩くのが苦でなければMall of Emirates 駅からホテルまで15分〜20分くらいで着きます。 ドバイ旅行する際はまた利用したいホテルです。

They will ask you to pay a deposit of $100= 300AED that no other hotel in Dubai ask for and it has to be in cash so they can return it to you. The first floor rooms are too noisy as if you are joining the party they’re having in the club at the ground floor. Furniture of the room is so old and the colours are depressing. When I asked for the room to be changed the reception was like we are fully booked I had to talk to a different person to get it changed. Definitely not worth the money, Ibis walking distance from this hotel and way better quality.

Hello I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights, it had good staff and almost decent service. In my opinion, his breakfast was repetitive and not interesting. The view from my room was facing the wall of the building due to the fact that it was the last floor. 2 issues upset me, one is that I was fined 35 ٍَِAED for a small glass and they forgot to clean the room on the first day of my stay, which I called to inform about this issue. In general, I am grateful for all the efforts of the kind and polite staff of the complex

Services from all levels are good. Friendly & helpful staff. Especially the front desk staff. I enjoyed a free upgrade to suite - which was very nice, and thankful for that. Room renovation - a bit old. Location is fine as very close to metro station as well close by 24 hours supermarket & pharmacy.

Dr. Barber arrived to a quiet lobby. It was big, clean, well-lite, and quiet. She was great fairly immediately. She was greeted and welcomed well. Things went a little south when she was asked for a 300 AED deposit. The money we gave her was for her clients, so because of their hotels policy, she didn't get paid for working because she couldn't work because this hotel took her money for their policy. Dr. Barber is 46 years old. She didn't arrive with children. There is reason for someone who is a doctor to mess up your hotel. She liked her room, but was unhappy about it not facing the front of the hotel. Another that didn't make any sense was, she could have her balcony door unlocked because the humidity. I'm not sure what reception was smoking, but Dubai doesn't have humidity. We're in the desert of Meliha where it's 112 degrees -125 degrees easily. Overall, we're ok with this stay, but we're not happy with what we have reported here.

5-7mins from metro, quite close but still not easy to walk during summer. Not very close to main attractions(different zone) Service was good. They upgraded our room to sweet-room which was sweet. Pool is currently under construction(remodeling). I could use holiday Inn pool instead but limited time only. There was quite loud noise during the night, I was staying at 4th floor. I didn’t mind much but anybody can’t sleep with little noise, probably stay either 1st floor or not here. Breakfast was fine. Nice 4 star hotel.
