Very impressive hotel. Almost everything was perfect from our arrival, with a special mention for Omar on Reception who dealt with us very professionally. All the facilities were first class, both interior and exterior. The numerous staff were amazing. We had Executive Club access which negated the need to eat in the restaurants. The Club was excellent with very attentive staff and great food and drink. However our last night was spoiled by two families with five screaming children, in spite of Club regulations which ask parents to ensure that their children do not affect the serenity of the place. Management need to place an age limit on children's access to the Club so that a minority do not spoil the ambiance for the majority.

Beachside Paradise for Families – The Westin Mina Seyahi, Dubai
Our stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled on a pristine stretch of beach, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly fun.
The multiple pools, beachfront access, and a fantastic kids’ water park made it a dream destination for our child — he never wanted to leave! The Splash Pad, slides, and shaded play areas are a huge plus for families.
Rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered peaceful sea views. Service throughout the resort was consistently warm and attentive — staff greeted us by name and genuinely cared for our experience, from check-in to poolside dining.
Dining options were varied and delicious, with something for every palate. Whether it was the buffet breakfast, beachside snacks, or elegant dinner, everything was spot on.
A truly relaxing, fun-filled escape that makes you feel pampered while your kids are just as delighted. Westin Mina Seyahi is a resort that checks every box — and then some.
A flawless 7-star family experience. Will definitely return.

We were very not expecting such good service. Will recommend this hotel to all of my friends who plan to have vacation in Dubai. If you plan to stay at the hotel, go to the Fish Beach Taverna restaurant. Big thanks for Mrs Yagmur and Mr Hush in Fish Beach restaurant. Also, want to mention Reception and Concierge personal of the hotel, they are helpful, if anything you need, ask them, they will help.

Номер хороший, к нему вопросов нет. Все чисто, полотенца и постельное белье новые, ставят много воды. Персонал помогает во всем. По просьбе переселили в другой номер, помогли с багажом. Еда в ресторанах и рум сервисе вкусная. Но в номере присутствуют комары и пауки. Берите с собой фумигатор и спрей от Комаров. Есть вопросы к территории и чистоте мебели вне номеров. В ресторанах мебель вся грязная или затертая. На территории лысые кусты, все завалено сухими листьями, висят сухие ветки пальм. Валяются окурки и даже грязные детские подгузники. Полотенца у бассейна попадаются как новые, так и грязные. Постоянно приходилось просить другие. В кафе около бассейнов не приятно находиться, стоят столики и рядом какие-то грязные ящики, все загажено птицами. В аква парке бассейны грязные. Вообщем за территорией плохо следят. Нашла в телефоне пару фото, но они конечно не передают всей «красоты».
