法克魯丁特雷潘套房酒店 (Treppan Hotel & Suites by Fakhruddin)

No room available despite early booking made, resulted in upgraded 2 bedroom given. Howver, i have to bear additional cost for the tax as room is bigger. Property is not soundproof. We can hear people talking from next room late at night, party and noises at midnight and even noises from the gym which happened to be above our room. Property also require proper maintenance as some part are falling apart. Wall are moldy, balcony full with birds dropping, cockroaches appears in bathroom. However, staff are helpful, very attentive and friendly.

From a value for money point of view this hotel is excellent, if booked through 永安 - if you go to their website and try and book it's more! So thank you 永安! The facilities and location are good if you are visiting the Sports City or Motor City areas, but a bit far from the beach and downtown Dubai.

wifi很難用 ，泳池壞了 ，洗漱用品簡陋 茶杯破的 噪音比較多。停車場還行 周邊吃飯比較方便。不會再選這裏了。

I had a pretty bad experience. I was disturbed by the hotel staff. I came back to the hotel with my friend. I bought something at the reception for about 5 minutes and then went back to the room. The staff asked the security guard to come up and ask for my ID without calling my room and trying to check me. I don't understand why they didn't tell me when I was at the reception but asked the security guard to check. Also, I asked for an iron and they told me that they would bring it soon but they didn't. When I checked in, there was no staff to help me with my bag. When the receptionist talked to me, I felt very unfriendly. The room was smelly. When I took a shower, the floor was wet. I didn't get an apology for the incident. I go to this hotel quite often because it is near my work. I will not go to this place again. And I have informed the management. Your staff's service is very bad and should be improved.

This is my second visit staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, this visit will be one of my last based on my experience, the original room which I had was spacious & airy which gave me the confidence to book again, when I booked for my second visit, I ensured it was the same room type, when I got to the hotel, I even asked the receptionist to provide a room similar to the room that I was staying in, I was assured this was the case. When I got to the hotel room, it was evident quite quickly that the room was not of the same size, what also was an insult was that this room was in poor condition, the water when first turned on was a murky brown colour, the simple things like a soap tray was missing, there was graffiti on the desk, the curtains were ripped, the desk had marks which is either of an insect or another angry customer kicking their shoes on why they recieved this room. I immediately rang the receptionist to inform him that the room given was not as advertised & that I wouldn't even spend a night in this room, I was then provided another room which was in a smokers floor (I requested non-smokers floor), high floor (I requested low floor) & quiet room (I am on a floor where I assume is full of families as the corridors are constantly busy with kids running around). No access to reliant WIFI. I now know not to rely on this hotel for future visits, it is a shame as my first visit was the complete opposite, please do not let the hotel fool you into paying for sub-standard and outdated rooms if you have picked the room of a higher standard as per your booking.

Great apartment/ hotel, really enjoyed my stay, the staff are helpful & the rooms are kept in great condition. I have already booked my next stay with Treppan.

I really like this hotel. Comfortable, clean, staffs are always smiling. But I didn't see any bellboy in the 3 times I stayed. Only once did anyone help me with my luggage.i hope this can be Improve

Nice and clean apart hotel, but no infrastructure in radius 2km🤷♂️

Perfect choice

I enjoyed to stay. I love that swimming pool, and breakfast was decent. There was lot of choice of food . Location was far from international airport. They don’t have shuttle bus service, can’t take bus or train. Lot of constructions around. Maybe few years later would be wonderful neighborhood. I think it would be Olympic game city soon .
