Mr. Zakaria at the reception was very rude; I felt hesitant to ask him any questions as he wasn’t solution-oriented and behaved quite harshly. I think he really needs to improve his attitude. Other than that, the hotel staff were friendly and kind. I didn’t have any issues with cleanliness, although the room sometimes had an unpleasant smell. The room service staff were excellent, and I want to thank them for their service.

간단한 조리도 할수있고 시설은 깨끗하고 너무좋았습니다 걸어갈수있는 주변에 까르프도 있어서 자주 이용했습니다 만약 지하철을 타고 여행 하실분은 버스를 타고 지하철까지 가는것을추천합니다 다른 나라였다면 걸어서 갈수있는거리긴 하지만 두바이는 너무더워서 쉽지않습니다

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are caring and kind. 🫶🏻😊 The downside is its distance from the metro, the sea, and major attractions — i had to take a taxi everywhere. Also, keep in mind that it’s better to come to breakfast early; otherwise, you might end up waiting in line for about 20 minutes.

Barsha Heights located, you can use same entrance as for the hotel. Quick drive to get to Marina or Palm Jumeirah. Fair price/value. Was upgraded to a studio but apparently to one where smoking allowed. Interior for Dubai standard dated, but still nice. Their lost&found department was very helpful. Thanks again!

I had an excellent stay at Millennium Place: Barsha Heights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and all necessary amenities and services were provided including laundry, spa and 24/7 meals. I would highly recommend staying here for longer stays in Dubai as I stayed for a week. The only drawback is if you’re planning on using the metro to travel, it’s a solid 15-minute walk away. Taxi is easiest for traveling around the city. But there are counters on ground level to book 永安s and get help with any vacation planning. There are two towers, one for hotels and one for apartments, which can be a bit confusing ant first. I stayed in the apartment side and it even included a small kitchenette. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!
