The hotel is convenient and at the right location

The staff is very friendly and always have a smiling face which is the best thing to see.. the hotel is very old which is understandable but the AC , bedsheets and towels have to be replaced with new ones as they have holes and their colors have changed from white to off white.. that’s the old sad part of it.. Other wise the food in room dining is amazing. Hats off to the Chef ! It’s worth the stay!

So disappointed because I was sick and couldn’t go there and I tried so hard to convince them to give me refund or cancellation or re scheduled but they didn’t do anything 😔🤦🏻♀️my money was lost and I didn’t get any  of my money back😡

衞生不乾淨，沒啥危險的別好奇，傢俱老一點，相對便宜，有酒吧晚上危吵

這個酒店到空調太恐怖了，聲音趕超柴油發電機。巨響巨響，真的很難頂。後來聯繫前台給我換了房間。才勉強入住。周邊都是印巴非洲人。

Nothing was up to the mark. Noisy and dirty Air Conditioners, blocked drainage, smelly carpets, smell in the whole hotel, terrible washroom tiles and bathtub, no view from the windows, TV not working, lack of maintenance, loud music club, Alcohol everywhere. Except: AC cooling was fine, bedsheet and towels were clean. I Don't recommend!

The location of the hotel is ideal because it is near to my sister's apartment. It is convenient as well because it is just in front of the metro station. Choosing a hotel in Dubai is not easy but this hotel is worth the price. The staff are friendly and quite helpful too. Especially Mr Danny the bellman. He was the one who helped us from check in and checkout. We were worried about our transportation to the airport since its was the aftermath from the flood. But he made sure everything was taken care of, so it made the scenario abreeze. The other guy from the room service who we encounter for breakfast during our stay from April 14 was so helpful and considerate. Service in this hotel was good. Keep it up. Just want to comment about the smoke smell in the hotel. I think its coming from the bar. My son has asthma and i have allergies so that is a little off for us. Other than that, our stay was worth it because the room was clean and spacious.
