Parking is a major miss! Cant believe there’s no indoor parking and only 6 covered parking spots! This is a deal breaker and i would never stay here again because of that alone.

The first day iy was good but in the end one egyptian staff named Adel afternoon shift show us his bad attitude and he was so rude in calling us for check out in addition of rude reaction when inwas talking to his collegue ( indian lady) about what happen with us . From myside i respect guests in the labby and respect my wife by ignoring him and his bad attitide. One official complaint will be sent to your management so you will know which type of people you put in the front disk . It was one of the bad experience i see in my life in uae . Another thing friday when i reach the hotel late your staff mary (phillipines) offer us check out sunday at 3 pm so as per her we late our check out and plan to leave around 1:30 but i get surprise by this arabic egyptian staff who call me and rush me to leave the room quickly. Trust me you have one of unprofessional staff who don't have the ABC of customer service. In the end i want to inform you i will never ever book in your hotel because the satisfaction of customer is mandatory but in your hotel its not available.
