Everything was great apart from the swimming pool was being upgraded when I was there and if I’d known I’d have booked a different hotel. However they did offer a daily free shuttle bus to another premier inn about 15 miles away. It was a bit of hassle but the service was first class

F&B top notch. Very warm hospitality by the entire F&B team. Likes of Shammy and others were very proactive with service. Kudos and keep it up! The only problem I had was Gym timings which starts at 8 am, that was a bit off specially being a business traveller I'd have rather wished it opened at 6 am so I wouldn't have missed my workouts for the entire week. This needs to be seriously looked upon. Gym is also very small actually.

Great Stay with Friendly Staff I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Zankrit, Afnan, and Asanka, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for a restful night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great hospitality and a peaceful stay.

I didn't stay in this hotel and it's because of you. Review our conversation my wife missed her flight but the booking had my number still you guys refused the hotel tk accommodate me and kept playing games

出差杜拜，這裏算是性價比比較高的酒店了，早餐英式的還不錯，設施齊全，房掃及時，唯一就是交通不是特別方便，畢竟地處郊區。
