I have stayed there more than 2 times with my partner. The cleanliness is great. Service is also amazing. Location can be better but at least it is close to shops if you need something asap. Amenities are not so great, I never went to any other hotel where there is only hand wash and body wash in the washroom (things like shampoo and lotion have to be asked for). But overall the hotel is a nice getaway to just have a good rest!

Staying here bit a little stress. Bed is not good they give us two single bed that just move together to be connected to be king bed. But we requested in booking 1 king bed. Reception staff dont do anything when we ask for assistance for replacement of room. Towels are old, blower is old, sink and toilet bowl have stain. no dental kit, robe and slippers. Need to be requested also. Tissue and water is just 1. Chair a but itchy. Should they replace it. We stay for 2nights. A bit dissappointment for staying. Hope hotel can improve everything.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches! They are everywhere — even in my clothes and underwear. Within the first 30 minutes, I saw at least three cockroaches, and that’s just the ones I noticed. They are literally crawling all over the place. I immediately asked for help, but no one came for more than 20 minutes. I had to throw away my clothes that had cockroaches in them. It was impossible to stay here, and late at night I was forced to leave urgently with nowhere to go. The hotel refused to refund me for the night I did not stay. Only 永安 helped and refunded my money, but the hotel refused to take any responsibility for this nightmare. This place is absolutely unsafe and doesn’t even deserve one star, let alone three. This hotel should be shut down immediately!

المكان سيء جدا من ناحية الموقع ومن ناحية النظافة، فيه حشرات وصراصير وهذي صورة إثبات لذلك.. تحذير: تم الدخول إلى الغرفة بغيابي وبدون علم مني وكانهم ينتظروني اغادر الغرفة عشان يدخلونها.. بصراحه تصرف سيء وجاري تصعيد الشكوى للجهات المعنية

房間尚可，免費升級了行政套房。早餐經濟太厲害，沒有什麼好吃的。自助晚餐可選擇性也太少，不值這個價格。
