哈還不錯，房間挺大的，環境也很好，設施都很新，早餐也都挺好吃的，服務工作人員人員很熱情但又不會過分叨擾，

One of the best hotels. Location is very good and the open area was very nice specially in winter for kids. I faced one problem that their system will lock your room at 11:45 and you can’t access your room by your card and the checkout time is 12. It was rude. Because i was with my son in the pool and we reached the room 11:48 and we can’t access the room because the lock it from their system. We went to reception by swimming clothes and the A/C air was running directly into our body to get access to enter the room. In the first day, there was a wedding till 10 pm music are on and the wedding location inside the lounge (center of all the room) . It was very noisy

its nice hotel but a bit far from the city lift u need a taxi . But strangly Taxi(uber) will come in 1-2 mins max . and u avoid all the traffic also .

The only problem was its location and the room was small but we upgraded to a suite which was really good. But under beds were not clean and full of spider webs. Amazing view and amazing balcony.

I was shocked. Arrived at 2 PM. Was waiting for valet parking, for someone to come to us to take our car, even there was no one in the line. Was waiting for 10mins. At the lobby they told us our room is not ready and they will call us. No one called me. They called my friends at 15:40 saying their room is ready, but I have to wait more. Around 4:30+ we got our room. Executive suit. Apartment is good, however, dust was everywhere, all shelves/tables, balcony. Some of the Bathroom vanity sets were empty. The worst is - Swimming pool!!! Small and full of kids any age 1-14y.o. Even at the swimming pool BAR! Crazy really. Dusty tables, dirt everywhere. Breakfast was horrible. 10 AM empty plates. No fruits, no salads, quality of cheese is horrible. My friend was waiting for omelet for 40 mins. She was checking and reminding them 3 times. Even though there were not many ppl, max 20 that time. Horrible experience of 5 star resort. We left at noon, our friends went home even before us, because they didn’t want to stay there any more minute. My mood is down for the rest of the weekend.

The check in done in a short time, although we reached the hotel around 3 and there were most of the people checking in. The room was not clean we found some dirt tissue, hair on the toilet, and chocolate on the floor. When we decided to check out we requested someone to help us with the luggage but we waited for half an hour and nobody came.
