This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The service is consistently excellent, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I truly feel at home here. Highly recommended!

住宿樓下是酒吧俱樂部，搖滾的音樂和人的吵雜聲很大，還有旁邊有火車經過的聲音也很響，無法入睡。

Great customer service Reasonable price for a pub Jodie was very helpful when I needed to buy a drink However the male colleague was not so helpful and didn’t suggest the same rate as Jodie did, so he kind of ripped me off

Easy to book on 永安. This is my third stay at this hotel in about the years. This time the room card didn't work meaning a return 永安 down the stairs with all my luggage. The corridor outside my room stank sharply of urine and cigarettes; there were cigarette butts in the window sill. The female toilets were clean, but in the morning some guy had peed a lot on the toilet floor (the seat was up and it wasn't overflow but obviously missed his target). Having locks on the toilet doors would be appreciated, allowing women only in female bathrooms. Other than this, the linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tap water is terrible. I wasn't too happy with this stay.
