I wasn't sure what to expect as I usually stay in larger hotels, but everything from the outside appearance to the charming inside, was great. My room was cosy, clean and well supplied. Breakfast next day was excellent, the decor is lovely, very charming. Excellent location to St Stephens Green & short walking distance to Grafton St, but far enough away that it is quiet. The staff also ensured that my prebooked (by them), but arrived unmarked, taxi was in fact a legit taxi, by going out to verify with the driver before I got in it. Will definitely try to stay here again on my next 永安 to Dublin.

Service was outstanding. I arrived early, reception accepted luggage arranged porter to deliver to room. Impressed by personal welcome note from staff together with complimentary hand made Irish chocolate and spring water! Beautiful gardens connect to Iveagh Gardens with a key / reception arranged porter to unlock gate (with an offer to carry my bag) - and no wait for porter required. Exceptional location wonderful staff, clean and nice art - neither too much nor too little - goldilocks!
