四星級飯店 房間整潔 陽台很大 早餐很普 選擇偏少 離市中心小遠 但遠離喧囂 門口有4號巴士直達老城區大約15分鐘 飯店員工 除了早餐櫃枱 其他都偏冷漠

Our room was facing the light house. I enjoyed the scenery looking out the Adriatic Sea. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had dine in 2 restaurants in the hotel. Food was marvellous….

酒店的環境很好，日落海景超級棒！但是客房衞生條件讓人皺眉，服務也是一般般！ 進到客房發現床頭櫃上都是灰、衣櫃架子上也是灰，衞生間的毛巾很多又破又舊有些還臟，如圖1、2！前台基本都是糙哥，無微笑、講話生硬，前台經理挺nice但好像不管事，餐廳、酒吧服務員態度和表情一半一半，部分還不錯！一家老酒店的畫風！ 但是這家酒店的環境非常好，朝向看日落海景超級棒（如圖3、4）！肯定勝出RIXOS！酒店BEACH不大，海灘上沒有密密麻麻的，這點也勝出RIXOS！RIXOS的服務員也就那樣。 我們是奔着日落海景來的，總體上還是不錯的！選房建議多花點錢，選酒店南翼的房間——可以在房間陽台上看見日落全景，超級棒！

Services, location and facilities are excellent. Only food quality is good, while price is not so expensive. Best wit for couples, families with large kids, but we were still able to enjoy with my 5-year-old daughter! Pool opens late night. We will reserve again if we have chance to visit to Dubrovnik!

For a 5 Star Hotel, the TVs are absolutely tiny and so outdated you can’t even mirror your phone or get Netflix on them. No coffee machine in the room is also terrible for a 5 Star property. Trying to get coffee at Breakfast was even a task. Drink is extremely expensive and the lunch and evening meal we had there was very poor quality.. Would not return

Great hotel away from Old Town. We tended to relax by the pool until early afternoon then head into Old Town via the No 4 bus that stops outside the hotel - fantastically convenient. Always got sun beds in the shade which suited us. Hotel prices are only slightly more than those in Old Town.

We were very happy with our stay, the staff were helpful and accommodating and the facilities were excellent. We were a bit worried about the hotel being away from everything, but the bus that departed from out the front every 20 minutes to the old town made getting around Dubrovnik very easy.
