Overall the service was really good, staff are accommodating.

Great location. Within walking distance to the port and rizal blvd. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is quiet and clean. So far so good... hope next time free breakfast is served for all the guests 😊 thank you.

All in all good value for little money, its cheap so dont expect much. The family room has no windows and our door key card did not work (2x needed assistance to open the door). Only one key card for 4 persons. The receptionist and guard are very friendly and helpful

明明入住的時候衹有2條毛巾，最後結算的時候，前台説是有3條毛巾，説我們弄丟一條，，我們中國人出外都用自己的毛巾，從來不用酒店毛巾的，我解釋了很多次，還是收我們一條毛巾的錢250P。其次，201的電視半夜會自動開，嚇死寶寶了。還有，鏡子正對着床，而且房間封閉沒有窗。 唯一優點就是保安服務態度好

Clean and spacious room. The problem is the price is okay but there is no personal hygiene kit like toothbrush and theres no free water to drink. They should put water dispenser outside the room

Overall, my experience was average, with a mix of positive and negative aspects. Here's a breakdown: Positive Points: The room itself was good and clean, which I appreciated.The presence of a mirror in the room was helpful.The bathroom had a strong hot shower, which was a positive.The hotel's location is convenient, being near stores and the boulevard. Concerns & Issues: Hotel Size: The hotel feels small for the number of guests it accommodates. Elevator Capacity: The elevator is very small and can only comfortably fit what appears to be 3-4 people, which isn't ideal. Kettle Malfunction: The electric kettle in the room was not functioning. This was particularly disappointing as we had planned to make coffee early in the morning before our flight. It is frustrating to see non-working equipment in the room and I suggest you double-check devices before putting them in rooms. Non-Functional TV: The television in the room was not working which rendered it useless. Single Access Card: We were only provided with one room access card. This means that the air conditioning shuts off each time we leave the room, causing inconvenience. This is not efficient, especially in the hot climate. Wifi Password Entry: The fact that we had to manually input the WiFi password on our phones was also a hassle and not very convenient. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom wasn't dirty, but the cleanliness level was just average and could be improved. While the room itself was acceptable and the location is good, there are significant areas that require improvement. The malfunctioning kettle and TV, the elevator size, the limited access card, and inconvenient Wifi login, all contributed to a less-than-satisfactory experience.

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. While breakfast options were okay I think the hotel would benefit by small improvements like healthier options such as fruit compote or fresh juice rather than powdered. TRIP should update their info as confirmation advice shows as 12.30pm checkout whereas reception advise checkout time is 12.00

I can confirm that all the positive ratings are justified. This is a well managed, well maintained, modern hotel that is offering good value for around 1700 pesos. There are a few shortcomings that may be relevant to some people, but weren't for me: - There is no fridge - The beds are unsuitable for tall people as they are only 1,80 meters long - They don't provide free drinking water - The family rooms don't have windows
