位於杜馬蓋地市中心位置，步行去海邊10分鐘左右路程，定的是家庭房，有一張大床一張小床，但是房間不大，勉強夠住。早飯很普通，除了麪包沒啥好吃的，咖啡也沒有牛奶，總體性價比一般。

整個杜馬蓋地基建水平相當不高，所以這家酒店的設施看上去就算很不錯的了，帶小孩住家庭房床夠寬敞，附近有個大型生活超市，缺啥就在當地補貨也很方便。小孩喜歡吃自助早餐的菠蘿，本來都要收檔了，又特意給我們切了一個新鮮的

We have a good stay here in hotel assencia.The people here very approachable and polite.they always assist us what we need.The only problem here is the connection from wifi.we couldn't use normally the television because of the wifi connection is very slow always on and off connections.Please fix or upgrade your wifi in this hotel or maybe should add extra router every corner and floors.In that case every body are happy staying here and satisfied.

The staff are very accommodating and polite. The room is very clean and the comfort room as well. Fried foods like shrimp tempura and calamari taste good together with the potato salad. 10 stars for the overall. ✔️✔️✔️

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the convenient location, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I'll definitely be back.

Value for money! Great location, just few walks away from the seaside/boulevard and near to malls, restaurants and tourist spots. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Wifi is decent and tv comes with Netflix. Hot shower is available, and so is hair dryer. Breakfast buffet is great, with good selection considering the price. We were able to grab two nights stay at around P1800 per night. You will surely get your money’s worth for the stay.

I always stay in Hotel Essencia everytime I travel to Dumaguete. This is my go to hotel here. Good location and service.
