Old run-down building, the water in the bathroom doesn't run into the drainage, just lays in front of the toilet, making it difficult to use. No bottled water supplied. The room wasn't cleaned in the 4 nights i stayed. The staff were nice. Great location.

The room was good and quiet. The bed and bedding were very clean and comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for shopping and touring the island. The staff were extremely capable and kind.

Fantastic location for a hotel, friendly staff, large room and great air conditioning. If you want a centrally located Dumaguete hotel then this is for you. Underground parking just rounds it all off.

"I rated Asia Nova a 3.5 overall, mainly because of its prime location—convenient access to the city, restaurants, and all at a very affordable price. Suggestion: The pillows could definitely be improved, as the current ones are quite uncomfortable and may cause a stiff neck. 😅"

The room wash just ok nothing like the picture ceiling had crack washroom was dirty never booking again. The washroom drainage was not working properly complained and the staff said it is like this
