Good services and Front desk offer a free coke for second night. Breakfast is simple but free.

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast included in price (continental). Rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and staff were friendly.

Super bad experience in this hotel. When we plan our 永安 we already know that we will be late checked in. Hence, we called the phone number provided in 永安, a staff in oyo say couldnt find our booking number, and couldnt transfer us to the lochway hotel number. Then we have to call to 永安 staff to assist us. But then when we arrive the hotel, the staff told us is our fault that we arrive late, and then the room is taken by others. The staff at the hotel tried to search other hotel for us (4 hotel nearby), all with no luck then asked us to find other hotel by ourselves. With all the conversations we have, the hotel staff keep blaming us that we are the one at fault because we late check in. We have no choice to raise the concern to 永安 but in the end we still need to find a place to stay by ourselves. In the end our accommodation is two times the price, and we still unsure how much 永安 gonna compensate us for this super bad experience.

Was extremely dubious after reading previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Our room (8) was clean with a lovely refurbished bathroom (large walk in shower). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and complimentary breakfast was fine. Tea/coffee and toast brought to us which is all I require in the mornings. There was also a selection of cereals and other items available. We were attending a party nearby and the hotel overall met our requirements perfectly.
