Hi ! Was not very happy with the room, looking old fashion , from pictures on the net looks totally different, I did try calling management no Joy! Please can you try and get this situation sorted ! I had booked twice at the royal and was very disappointed even the food was not up to standard .please can you give us feedback. Thank you
