Initially we hv booked the room alrdy, during checkin, our names weren't there due to some backend error, after some discussions and finding, they provided a different room for us, thank God for a smooth stay and thank God the next day they gave our initial room back. Good stay and clean room.

It was a pleasant stay at this well maintained and clean budget hotel. Towels, toiletries, drinking water and water dispenser were provided. Water heater, TV and Wifi were all good.

The hotel location is strategic but the bed not very good in condition .At night some noise and aircond sound noisy .The staffs are friendly and helpful .

Gave us the wrong room and make us changed when was all settled. No parking. After changed room, they brought the already used towers from wrong room andmade us swapped the towels from the changed room. No water boiler, TV dont work.

Lokasi yang baik, hanya 7 minit ke pusat bandar. Parkir banyak di hadapan hotel cuma kena bayar sendiri guna app T&G amat mudah. Keseluruhan berpuashati menginap di sini.
