好，很好，非常好，早飯好吃，房間乾淨，旁邊就是一個大超市，吃得多，下次還回來，推薦大家都來，而且性價比很高

房間超大，交通便利，國王大道幾百米，周邊還有各種中日韓餐館，火車站也很近，前台小姐姐非常熱情，下次還住這裏。

酒店交通非常方便。周圍就有很多的商店和超市。早餐豐富。服務也很好。這是第一次住酒店，希望以後可以繼續住。

這次朋友推薦的酒店非常不錯，離地鐵口很近。周圍有很多中餐韓式料理日料。關鍵早餐非常好吃，原來對西餐不抱希望，結果出乎意料的驚喜，特別是牛角包土豆，酸奶，還有鮮榨果汁。下次出差還會繼續選擇。給的房間風景也很贊，總之非常滿意。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

交通便利，離火車站和國王大道走路8分鐘。早餐在四樓，品種豐盛新鮮，有鮮榨orange，裏面房間較多客房。周邊有很多美食。入住登記自助，服務員也會幫助。

Location is their best selling point, being on Oststrasse, a short direct walk to the Ubahn station. About 20 mins walk to Altstadt. There's a huge Edeka (supermarket) and a lovely breakfast place (Oehme) just round the corner. The check-in is self service, automated at a station with an ipad. Which also means it's highly unlikely to get an early check-in nor choice of room preference (eg 1 double bed or 2 single beds for a double room), with everything pre-programmed. The room and bathroom are fairly spacious by Europe standards. Generally clean though I think it's about time they change the shower heads in the standing shower, which appear old, rusty and keeps leaking too. Limited amenities so BYO toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed and pillows are too soft for my liking and the hair dryer power is weak. Room lighting tend to be dim. They don't have a phone in the room so if you run out of amenities (tissue paper in my case) you have to go down to the reception personally to request for it. I like that they provide a bottle of water at the start of the stay and you can bring it to the front desk for free refills. The window can be opened slightly ajar but the table in front of it is so wide I had to climb onto it to reach the window. Housekeeping service is extremely lacking. I asked for the tissue box in the room to be refilled twice and it was never done. For a 5-night stay, they did not change the bed linens at all. The deal breaker came one of the nights, where my door was not fully closed after housekeeping cleaned the room when I was out! I noticed there's also no security camera along the walkway so if something was lost, they would not have been able to check. Luckily nothing was lost but this is unacceptable. A pricey stay for such a standard.

再次入住這家酒店完全是因為距離近，結果服務還是一如既往的不怎麼樣。好吃是周邊都是餐廳也有超市，比較方便。

The room was very clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to downtown, which was super convenient. The only downside was the absence of a refrigerator or minibar, which I would have expected from a 4-star hotel. Other than that, everything was great!
