離火車站很近，主要是老闆們都是中國好姐姐哈哈哈哈，問個路，問個事都很方便！

整體比較老舊，小旅館的水平，但乾淨。床和枕頭都很舒服，被子大。窗戶密封很好，隔音。老闆和前台都是中國人，很熱情。

非常好的首次德國之旅，酒店位置及其方便，美麗的老闆娘給我們免費提供了三天的早餐，美味可口，肉丸特別好吃，肉丸配咖啡……棒極了！下次還會再來！ 祝酒店生意興隆，財源廣進！

非常好的老闆和接待，入住很順利，老闆還給指點停車和購物，提醒週末不便，提前要做好準備，非常好的體驗，推薦來杜塞多夫商旅或者家居住宿

Terrible Experience – Missing Belongings and No Accountability We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this hotel. Upon checking out, we asked the Chinese hotel staff to store some of our belongings using their storage service, as we were continuing our travels in Düsseldorf. Later, we discovered that several items were missing, including an iPad, earrings, cash, and an international power adaptor. We immediately contacted the hotel to report the issue. At first, they promised to look into it and get back to us. However, after that initial response, they stopped replying to our messages and even rejected our calls. We now suspect that the items were stolen by hotel staff, as the belongings were under their care and stored by them. This experience has left us feeling very disappointed and unsafe. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to fail to take responsibility or even provide clear communication when entrusted with guests' personal belongings. Travelers beware — if you’re considering staying here, be extremely cautious and do not leave any valuables with the hotel. The lack of accountability and communication was shocking and unprofessional. 非常糟糕的經歷——物品遺失且酒店毫無責任感 我們在這家酒店有一次非常令人失望和氣憤的經歷。退房時，我們將一些物品託付給前台的中國籍女員工保管，使用了他們的行李寄存服務。 然而，當我們拿回行李，抵達下一座城市後才發現，iPad、耳環、現金、以及一個國際轉換插頭都不見了。我們立刻聯繫酒店，對方一開始還承諾會調查並給我們一個答覆，但之後卻不再回復我們的信息，甚至直接拒接我們的電話。 由於這些物品是寄存在酒店員工管理下的行李房中，我們有理由懷疑是酒店員工盜竊。整個過程中，酒店完全缺乏責任感和基本的溝通，令我們非常失望，也感到非常不安。 在此提醒其他旅客：如果你打算入住這家酒店，務必不要將任何貴重物品交由酒店保管。酒店在處理此類問題上的態度極其不專業，也讓人對其信譽產生嚴重懷疑。

Çok merkezi konumda. Temiz ve çalışanları güler yüzlü

Functional Room, clean towels and crispy bed linen, and lift access. Only complaint, only plastic cup, no hot water, leaky shower head. Extra city tax not in hotel rate. I stayed at another hotel in Dusseldorf with tax included.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean Hotel.

Ottimo hotel , super pulito !!! A due passi dalla stazione centrale ,con tram e bus praticamente in ogni ongolo della strada ottimo per potersi muovere in tutta la città!!! Consiglio!!!
