Have a very. Comfortable stay and the staff is very nice

The food was awesome at the in-house restaurant. However, the people are reception are equally non-professional. I specially called them to notify that we are group of 10 people and need 5 rooms together. On contrary, Mr. B*** at the reception didnt make the necessary planning while allocating rooms and we end getting rooms on 3 different floors. In on the rooms, the mattress size is smaller than the bed size that makes it dangerous for small kids staying in that room. We have requested again Mr. B*** to look into it. Unfortunately, we got the same response that its not an issue altogether. I believe there is lot of room for improvement in this hotel management. They should talk with customer with open mind.
