I had a lovely stay in Holiday Inn Express! I know the area well as I lived close by for many years previously, so can honestly say this place is a highlight here. Hotel is new, opened in November last year, absolutely spotless room, and very spacious, great bathroom with toiletries provided. Tea&coffee facilities also provided. Very quiet despite being on a busy road. Elizabeth line is 10 mins walk, which takes you to Central London in 15 mins. Good buffet breakfast, even for me being vegeterian. But for me what does it is people who meet&greet you and look after you during your stay. Staff are wonderful - friendly, polite curteous and helpful, and Aditi went out and above to help me with some of the specifics of my stay. Overall, very much recommended for a relaxing, affordable stay close to Central London. I, for sure, will be back.

Room 102 faces constant traffic noise. At 5am after no sleep, I gave up. Packed my stuff. Left. I got zero sleep. Lorries and motorbikes every few minutes. This room should not be sold without warning. I booked to rest before an important commitment and instead I was awake all night. Customer service was more interested in trying to sell me a membership!!! Never again!!!! Ever!!!

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 with a request of connecting rooms but staff didn’t meet our expectations to make this happen. There are free parking near hotel after certain time at night.

Amazing. Everything was perfect, clean, the room is big and everything is new. Good breakfast, friendly staff. The bus stops are right in front of the hotel, so very easy access to the center in London. Also mainly shops, restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel.
