Room was too small wrong information mentioned in website about rooms category Location was ok overall not worthy at this price

The hotel experience was disappointing. Housekeeping entered our room today using a master key, without knocking—while we were inside. The locks have been faulty 2-3 times on every visit, but this was the worst incident. Anyone planning to stay here should double-check if the door can be opened from outside even when locked. There’s no sense of privacy—just a “sorry” after they walk right in. Imagine that!

Worst experience ever. Hotel mentioned wrong dimensions for their room. It was half its size. And argued with me that it is 20 sqmtr. I used measured app. It was around 10 sqmtr including the bathroom.i even asked them to bring inch tape and measure infront of me but they refused. Then i booked another hotel of which mentioned 20 sqmtr and their rooms were bigger.

food is really good bit expensive , location is great V3S mall & Metro Station just 2 mins walking Distance staff if very help full only 1 complain i askd for 1 pm checkout i was askd to pay 500 xtra for 1 hour extension and i was charged 1500 extra for 9 am early check in u have to understand none of the hotels charge that its understood

I was charged ₹68 for a water bottle that was supposed to cost ₹20. Additionally, there were small pieces of glass scattered on the floor which caused me to sustain serious injury.

The bad things is an expensive hotel Not worth it Very small room even the smell is not good Breakfast is good with few choices The location is very crowded areas It takes 1hr 30min from airport The receptionist is not sweet like I have not paid for staying 😆
