There was hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. The bed sheets often have stains from spilled juice. The service is very friendly, but I was woken up 3-4 times by phone calls at 8 o'clock in the morning. Furthermore, ‘white people’ are charged different prices than locals. I know this because my wife was Indonesian. I once paid five times the price for a Coke than I would have in a shop. The only reason for the higher prices is that you are a white person.

untuk lokasi sangat strategis dekat dengan kcic. breakfastnya lumayan enak. service juga bagus. cuman untuk kamar mungkin diperbaiki karena yang saya tempati seperti kamarnya sudah lama tidak direnovasi.

strategis hotel di tengah kota jakarta timur, jadi klo mau kemana2 bisa naik kendaraan umum depan hotel+hotel nya nyambung dengan mall. staff yang ramah kamar yg bersih dan nyaman. cocon untuk di dompet ya

We come quite late, the receptionist gave us warm welcome, the room is clean, breakfast also ok, the most important thing is walking distarnce to Whoosh Train station, where I should continue my 永安 to Bandung, the day after. Overall the hotel is recommended.

Terlalu banyak kecoa kecil di kamar total yang saya temukan 6 kecoa untung partner saya tidak sadar karena dia takut dengan kecoa, dan BF untuk rasa seperti nya kurang diperhatikan nasi tradisional terlalu asin bukan gurih mesin dan ayam juga sedangkan sup daging malah plain

Hotel is a bit run down…the only reason we stayed there was because it is very near to Halim stasiun. Breakfast was nice but since we went there during Indonesia’s long weekend (public holiday + weekend), the restaurant was quite hectic. But food is ok and they replenished it quite quickly but then it finishes fairly quickly as well 😅

Service was top notch. Just the interior of the room really need a renovation. It's very back dated. Our wardrobe sliding door was spoilt when we checked in. We booked the room with breakfast too. The spread was wild! Many choices! They even called our room if we were coming for breakfast 30mins before closing. That was really something different! We never had that experience! Service was great! Please renovate it to make it look better and the swimming pool not kind of private. Too near the lobby and the restaurant. Didn't really look like what's posted on the website. My daughter loved looking at their colourful fishes too!
