Unacceptable service,dirty rooms still have cigarretes butt and the bed frame was broke before I check in.. They don’t mention if late check in cost idr 100.000 and the funny things each our late check out cost idr 100.000 They don’t mention even for deposit! No mirror,dirty wall,the color of towel no more white it’s over price ! No wifi,even no hairdryer!! Unacceptable! The good thing only location,pool and security service that’s it! At morning people threw garbage and so noisy!!
