Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Very close to the airport with decent facilities. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and there is a free pickup service (although the hotel is within walking distance to the airport too). Pretty ideal if you have overnight layovers in Darwin.

Service at reception was good. While the room was clean, the bed left a bad impression; lumpy pillows, broken zipper on pillow protector, small but obvious stain on bedsheet & spiders on pillows. There’s a few more minor defects but for the money paid, it wasn’t up to standard.
