Poor value. Facilities and service-wise, it is 1.5X upgrade to a Hostel. Staff are polite but ineffectual. Room cleaned every 3 days only is really unacceptable in a hotel charging what they charge. It is a £50 a night hotel 3* tourist charging 4* prices (£110 a night for this place is definitely not worth it).

Location is good. Drivers have to be prepared for steep slope up to parking space. That aside, hotel is clean and comfortable for a restful stay.

The hotel is at great location, close to Edinburgh Haymartket Station. Staff is friendly and supportive. It would be better if the room is cleaned with vaccum cleaner daily and slippers in room are provided.

太差了，兩個晚上2800，在英國不算貴也不算便宜，房間很小，大床房基本都在一樓，房間裏完全沒有信號，窗戶基本打不開，如果你一定要求通風，可以開一條縫，但是一樓開窗也不安全，沒有任何洗漱用品，沒有拖鞋，床單被套有一點臟，熱水很小。而且晚上11點半以後沒有服務員登記，中午11點必須退房。服務態度還可以。不過，房間確實不好。離王子街也不算很近，3公里。公交車是可以到門口的。建議大家住那個希爾頓，不是節假日價格也就1000左右，比較新。
