牛門旅館 (Safestay Edinburgh Cowgate)

這個價位其實超出預期 六人間空間比圖片大寬敞很多 還帶有儲物櫃 但是好像沒有電梯？以及check out 之後寄存行李會單獨收費

最驚喜的是早餐能吃很飽。東西不多樣 但都好吃 而且訂含餐的房真的好划算 還可以吃到香酥可頌 蘋果 蘋果汁  水煮蛋。大大加分都缺點。正修繕 很吵。我的房間 旁邊就是修繕的房 沒有電梯 要搬行李到二樓 特別辛苦 因為如三層樓梯的 一樓酒吧 蠻吵 我的房就面對馬路 吵

Best of all, they free hot water. Thank you very much. Needs to have a microwave to warm up food.

"My stay at Safestay Edinburgh Cowgate was excellent in every aspect. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, close to historic sites and lively areas. The dorm and shared bathroom were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or questions. Hostel is super cheap and about 15 mins walk to Princes Street, so quite central. My room was ensuite, and the shower was moder, with great pressure. I have stayed here multiple times and some rooms, especially the non-ensuite rooms, have problems with clogged drains, this room didn't! I wish there was a kitchen like some other hostels to make our meals.

I stayed at Safestay Edinburgh Cowgate from Sep 10–12, 2025. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the staff were polite and helpful. For budget-friendly accommodation, it offers good value. However, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved: Beds: The bunk beds were quite loose and made a lot of noise with every movement, which disturbed sleep. Lockers: It would be much more convenient if lockers had an integrated pin-lock system. Having to buy a separate lock just for a short stay felt unnecessary. Noise at Night: Dorms can naturally be noisy, but there was excessive disturbance from snoring. On the second night, someone knocked on the door very loudly at 3 AM. Since all guests have electronic key cards, this should not have happened, and it was unsettling. Bathrooms: Cleanliness could be better. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, and overall maintenance was lacking. Housekeeping: Fresh sheets were only provided after 6 PM on the second day, despite check-in being from 3 PM. This timing could be improved. Amenities: Providing simple slippers for bathroom use would be a small but thoughtful addition. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3 PM feels quite late, while check-out at 11 AM feels early. A little flexibility would enhance the stay. Breakfast: Breakfast was fine for a short visit, but for longer stays it becomes repetitive. Overall, the hostel is a good choice for short, affordable stays in Edinburgh, with friendly staff and a great location. With a few improvements in facilities and guest comfort, it could easily deliver an even better experience.

edinburgh wavely駅から徒歩10分ほどのところにあり、royal mileなどの観光地からも近いところにあります。 向かいにあるpubは午前2時頃まで大音量を出していますが、十分疲れていれば眠れます。ただairpodsは忘れずに持っていきましょう。靜かでないと眠れない人はここに泊まってはいけません笑　マットレスや枕のクオリティは安っぽいものですが、値段を考えれば十分でしょう。枕の上側に３つほどコンセントがあり、電球も十分明るかったです。枕の橫にはペットボトルの水等置けるスペースもあります。 受付のインド人女性が明るかった印象が殘っています。 タオル、ヘアドライヤーはありません。全身ソープとハンドソープだけは備え付けがあります。 荷物を預けるのは有料です。

Clean, decent service, good facilities. Hard to sleep with the amount of children apparently staying here and yelling.

旅館位置距離火車站直線距離非常近，拖着行李箱需要上下台階或上下陡坡，酒店附近都是核心景點，所處地點也是很繁華的商業街周邊，正對面就是一家大型酒吧，會動次打次到凌晨四點，需要安靜的朋友們慎選，早餐還不錯哦，總之贊👍！

衞生間有點臟，衞生間和淋浴間在一間，味道有點大。床沒有窗簾，將就吧。位置很好，早餐也不錯，服務也還行，衞生好一點就更好了。
