Good value for money. Good location with supermarkets , fast food and restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Room is clean in general and spacious with 2 queen beds. But the air conditioner system is quite noisy that needed to be improved. Hotel staff are polite and responsive to our request. Also it would be better to upgrade the room door with soft-close to reduce noise to other customers.

An amazing stay at this hotel!! It met our needs completely. We came in for a 2 day conference from Vancouver, BC & couldn’t have been happier with choosing the Best Western Cedar Place Hotel for our stay. The location was great. The staff were exceptional, humble, kind & receptive to our many requests that came up circumstantially. I haven’t experienced this level of client service in the hospitality industry for a very long time. Every single staff member we came across over the phone & in person was exceptional & overall our stay was an amazing experience! Thankyou again.

Place was reasonably clean, amenities are ok and breakfast is good. However they are understaffed at night, making check-ins a long process. There's only one attendant and when I arrived there are at least 8 people In the line. No bottled water or sandals.
