The place is good for Families like us! There is a separate area from kitchen that makes it a unjque place. We also had a great quiet sleep even we are just beside elevator.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus last weekend during the snow storm. I asked for a hygiene kit from the front desk and she gladly offered the shaver and the cream I desperately needed. I will be back this summer and I will stay at this hotel again

We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay.
The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus.

The hotel is located in the west side of Edmonton and it’s very close to the West Edmonton Mall. Newly renovated, clean and the room is spacious. The breakfast is impressed.

衞生不錯，樓下停車也很方便，趕上新年假期，娃在泳池和小朋友玩得很開心。早餐種類不多，電梯真的很慢。

We enjoyed our stay at BW very much, excellent service, super friendly staff always with smile, cozy and spacious room, the only down side is the exhaust machine sound, but you will find a note inside drawer with earplugs, I did not use them since I get used to it like a white sound. I will definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit Edmonton.
