埃德蒙頓南温德姆華美達酒店 (Ramada by Wyndham Edmonton South)

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Not only was the room not what we were expecting but we were locked out of our room multiple times. Housekeeping didn't even clean our room. When I went to get my keys programmed they told me to keep the key away from my phone no told them the key was in a completely different pocket and she says, "Ok" and shrugs as if it didn't matter. Get back to the room and upon entry see housekeeping didn't do our room. I called down for fresh towels and soap etc and they said I had to come back down from the 7th floor to get it. When I did they gave me two towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Said they couldn't give us soap/shampoo because housekeeping was closed. I expressed my frustrations about how housekeeping was on our floor when we left in the morning and now we've returned to shower attend an evening event. But now we can't wash because we don't have soap. She didn't do a thing about it. When I complained to 永安, you guys gave me $100 in credits and apologized for the experience. I asked if I could cancel my second night and go somewhere else but you said you had to contact the hotel manager and I would be notified the following day. I'm still waiting to hear from someone about it. Clearly the management give a ****. This was my first weekend with my wife without our kids in a very long time. She just wanted to relax after having major surgery and sit in a jet tub. We didn't get a jet tub. Just the runaround from the hotel staff. The bed was however, extremely comfortable. Photos below are the comparison from what we thought we were getting, to what we got. I will be burning the Ramada on Gateway Blvd on Yelp, Google, anything I possibly can. I will never stay there again. The management should comp us an executive suite at another location for this absolutely shitty experience..

貴有貴的道理，房間很好

價格很友好，服務人員都很禮貌，保潔人員每天會定時清潔。衹是離公交比較遠，需要走大概十分鐘，但適應了也還好。

地理位置極佳，出行方便，大統華開車幾分鐘就到，下次一定還會住這裏。

I am satisfied with the cleaness comparing with the hotel I stayed in Calgary, although it is only 2- star hotel. The front desk is friendly and gave my children toys to play when we checked in.

애드먼튼 공항에서 우버로 20여분 걸립니다. 비용은 33불 정도 했습니다. 근처에 한국 식당도 있지만… 걸어갈수 있는 거리는 아닙니다. 모든 일정은 우버로 해결했습니다. 방에 에어컨의 소리가…. 엄청커서… 잠잘때 끄고 잤습니다.

Location of the hotel is convenient for me coming up from Calgary by bus and close to my friends residents
