Left our keys in the room and the front desk gentleman was kind and efficient and quick to get us a new one and comforted us that it was no problem at all

早餐的地方太少,沒有足夠位置. 而且食物種類也很少. 現場有二部自製即食waffle機, 但out of order. 只有方包, bagel, cereal... 太失望. 而且房間也不太清潔,有小昆蟲.

We used to always stay at this hotel when visiting Edmonton close to the West Edmonton mall with a waterpark but this time all staff is changed no familiar faces. The pool and hot tub area was gross. The pool wasn’t full of water. The hot tub had a weird smell to it. It was disgusting. There were some young adult men jumping into the pool splashing everyone and nothing was done about them while there was a worker present our room bed was clean, but the carpet was dirty. Walls were dirty lampshades dirty bathtub dirty shower curtain smelled sour and there was a roll of paper towel with only enough for two uses on. It asked housekeeping for more toilet paper told us we had to ask at the front desk seen another housekeeping lady asked her for toilet paper and She said that there were no supplies in which I responded. How am I supposed to use the bathroom in my hotel room that I paid for and she suggested not sure what is going on at this hotel but this time I was highly disappointed and paid away higher rate than I normally would due to the long weekend.

Breakfast room was small, limited seating, felt crowded. . I was unable to enjoy the hot tub as their was another guest in it for more 6 hours. It seems that some guests were residing at hotel. My room was cute.

Carpet was duty and towels had stains!

Very old and dirty hotel . The toilet is clogged and very small rooms. For breakfast , the room is very small and less choice of food. Guests had to line up to make their waffle ( becoz there is only waffle available for breakfast ) Will not consider this hotel group again in the coming future 👎🏾

100多個房間的酒店 居然衹有一台洗衣機 一台烘乾機 酒店床品都是靜電 房間很小 晚上外面很吵 有一種治安不是很好的感覺
