Horrible experience. The floor in the room is uneven. Coffee stains are on the table top. Dirty and yellow towels. Shower gel is empty. Digital clock was put improperly without any socket closes by. When I requested for more amenities , the manager scolded me for stealing shower gel and toilet papers. I requested to talk to the manager to change room in the second day morning, the manager thought I had already had my room changed which is not the case then he scolded me and labelled me as a theft who would like to have a free room. Management is totally not met up with standard. What surprises me is that even 永安 can’t help as the manager didn’t respond to 永安 inquiry. It is not a Ramada standard hotel. The Ramada should have to have this family owned B&B removed from its list. Totally a shame to have ruin the Ramada’s reputation. I will never recommend this hotel to you

飯店設施完善，整潔、有序，各項備品均有。相當的完備！推開門時對內部的陳設感到非常的意外，一間100多加幣的平價連鎖酒店就能有此設施，相當的滿意。唯一要說缺點可能就是離機場與火車站稍遠！

衹能當成民宿來住，把它當酒店就太失望了，和中國內地華美達不能比。不知道為何也叫華美達，設施比較簡陋。 孩子想加一個床墊也沒有。兩個大男孩衹好很不情願地睡在同一張床上，房間也很小。

Website and receipt said breakfast included but not the case. Manager was not in so front desk called him/her and refunded us $10 per person. Otherwise the place is new and clean.

The check in was great, staff was very friendly. When we got to our room there was hair all over the bath tub with a crusty bath mat. There no ice machine on the property either.

Absolutely the best place to stay in the city with extremely friendly staff, cleanest and everything is brand new and smells wonderful.
