酒店是三星級，但房間的設施跟三星完全不匹配，洗漱用品很差，連一次性牙刷和拖鞋都不提供，給旅行帶來不便！ 30多度的夏天，要住一個星期才提供一次房間清理，真是第一次遇到這種情況！

I stayed at devere hotel for many many years and occasionally is for business and study likewise as the room is very cosy, clean and quiet so I can focus and concentrate during stay a late night as is more peaceful environment surround with plants, with neighbourhoods and restaurants bar with entertainment nearby. It is close by walking and feel safer if u walk alone at night. The size of room is very reasonable depends the number of guests and different rate tailored from what you need and want with your own budget. I would recommend from a local or international to check it out for r start to explore what I said is real or unreal - Krittapas Vardhanabhuti Wrote at pottpoint cafe

沒有每天清潔服務，但距離地鐵站不遠，周圍有超市餐廳，比較方便，不坐地鐵的話，步行去QVB約2公里，半小時左右

The location is good, walking distance to Kings Cross train station in about 9 minutes. Its surroundings got some cafe, restaurant and supermarket. Inside the room, the heater is sufficient. Also the hotel 4/f has self service laundry machines, good for long way travellers. The hotel only offers room type with limited housekeeping. The staff are generally responsive and helpful.
