С виду неплохой номер, но есть минусы: -нет холодильника и сейфа. Расположен на дороге, что с одной стороны плюс -удобно подъезжать и до центра города недалеко, и по пляжам в обе стороны удобно ездить,но шумоизоляция никакая, а значит спать можно только с 0.00 до 6.00, пока нет трафика, т к местные мототакси жутко тарахтят. Ну и из коридора любой звук так же хорошо слышно. Вода из душа часто попадает на пол остальной части ванной комнаты. Выезжает отель на сервисе: все приветливы и внимательны к просьбам.

When we entered the room, it feels like the room is humid and the floor was a bit sticky. In the restaurant, the smell sticks to your clothe all day long. The positif thing is just the location which is near to everywhere, especially to the beach.

as we went in the table and floor is dusty or I should say its sandy,I ask the staff to clean and at the end I ask if he could let me clean and I did.I make our room clean.no slipper,no dryer,but you can ask for it.

Красивый холл и на этом всё. Грязно, неприятный запах, вода в душевой плохо уходила. Кидали полотенца на пол, чтобы не шлёпать по воде. На завтраке смогли съесть только тостеры и арбуз. Самый дорогой отель во время путешествия, и самое большое разочарование.

The hotel is beautiful but the maintenance is terrible. Specially for common areas. Staffs are nice too but the housekeeping can be improved like after cleaning the room it is still dirty. Shower heads are not functioning well like the water is in different direction. Also if someone smoking outside the building it will smell into the second floor area. And the doors are not closed all the time in the main lobby. The pool smells like laundry water literary it smells like chlorine and the water is cold and cloudy. No mini fridge no cabinets and the bathroom is see through. To sum it up not worth your money. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights

El hotel está bien en general. Esta en buen sitio y la gente es amable. Cuando llegamos nuestra habitación tenía el aire acondicionado roto, nos dieron unos ventiladores y nos compensaron por las molestias. Al día siguiente no habían arreglado el aire y nos cambiaron de habitación a una nueva. Aparentemente limpia, pero al abrir las sábanas vimos la imagen de la foto adjunta. Sinceramente creo que habían hecho las camas, pero no habían limpiado a fondo entre un cliente y otro. La limpieza del hotel por tanto es muy deficiente.

Good location, walking distance to El Nido town area. Staffs are accommodating. Nice place to stay, comfy beds and cozy ambiance though small room but enough for backpackers. 💲Extra pillow HAS CHARGE for twin room. ❌ has NO hotel cafe/restaurant (though they have Samgyupsalamat - when we visited most of the meat and side dishes were NOT AVAILABLE) 🍴with “buffet” breakfast but VERY limited food choices

Pésimo hotel. Reserve dos noches de hotel y al entrar nos dieron una pieza llena de humedad. Después de reclamar nos pasearon por otras tres piezas en la misma condición. Solo cuando pedimos el reintegro del dinero apareció una pieza medianamente digna, pero intentaron hacerse los desentendidos e intentaron que cancele mi reserva en 永安 obligándome a perder mi dinero, siendo que el hotel no estaba en condiciones de brindar una pieza en la que no te diera una pulmonía por dormir allí. En general cumple con la regla de el Nido, muy mal servicio y una avidez por quedarse con tu dinero sin hacer nada que no lo he visto en otra parte de Filipinas. No recomiendo este hotel si deseas evitar malos momentos.

El desayuno terrible. No vale la pena pagar tanto si lo estan escogiendo por el desayuno. Todas las mañanas todo estaba vacío y tenias que golpear en la cocina para pedirles por favor huevos, manteca, pancakes, etc. la predisposición de los empleados muy mala. La limpieza medio pelo. Las toallas las doblaban y te ponian las mismas. Nos quedamos sin gelshower y shampoo y nunca se repuso. Ubicación excelente El hotel esta nuevo la habitación muy hermosa. Buena ducha.
