wifi太差了，用的是星鏈，網絡不穩定。衹有大堂有寬帶

The location is nice, in front of the sea. But they only did cleaning when we asked, and we stayed for 4 nights, and the toilet is smelly all the time. They only replace towels when we asked them. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff is very kind. If they improve the cleaning then it would be perfect

To be honest it was pretty bad. Only resort staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. As for the resort itself, it’s well below expectations. The first room we’re given was absolutely horrible. The worst I stayed in my 2 months in Philippines. The next day I was transferred to a much better available room, but still very basic. This was during low season, so I assume it wouldn’t be possibly during high season.  Wouldn’t stay again sadly. Beach is not good for anything - just for looking. Keep in mind.

Не соответствие полнейшее цена/качество. Мы проживали в номере 5 ночей,за это время ни разу не была проведена уборка,даже не вынесен мусор. Помимо всего прочего мы жили в номере 2,он находится напротив комнаты персонала,с нашего балкона просто уносили стул и не приносили его обратно,приходилось постоянно забирать его самой. Интернет ловил только на балконе,в номере пользоваться интернетом было невозможно,причем даже мобильный интернет не ловил практически. Лопасти у кондиционера сломаны,поэтому просто приклеены на скотч. Сантехника вся в печальном состоянии. Заявленного в описании фена-в номере не было. Из плюсов-водонагреватель работает,нам не подходили розетки,для нас купили переходники,на завтраке можно было попросить чуть увеличить порцию,доплату не взяли (там шел омлет из 1 яйца,я просила сделать из 2,мне шли навстречу), очень дружелюбный персонал,предложили нам до заселения оставить вещи на ресепшене и погулять. Покупали экскурсии при отеле-дали классную маску для снорклинга. Расположения отеля-отдельная песня)Есть сейф!)

A Disappointing Stay in the Family Room Our recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, far from pleasant. We booked the family room, expecting comfort and cleanliness, but what we encountered was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we stepped into the room, it was clear that the space was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The beds were an absolute letdown. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bedding looked worn out and neglected. It felt like we were sleeping on furniture that hadn’t been updated in decades. The air conditioning units were ancient and clearly hadn’t been serviced in years. They made strange noises and barely functioned, leaving the room either too hot or too cold. Just looking at them made me feel uneasy. The couch in the room was another low point. It was so old and unkempt that we couldn’t bring ourselves to sit on it. The fabric was faded, and the cushions were lumpy and worn. It was clear that it hadn’t been cared for in a long time. The mini fridge was completely non-functional and had visible signs of wear and neglect, with mold growing around the rubber seal. It was unusable and added to the overall sense of discomfort. The bathroom was perhaps the worst part of the experience. It was extremely outdated and showed no signs of proper upkeep. After showering, we didn’t feel refreshed at all—the fixtures were old, the tiles were cracked, and the overall state of the room was far from inviting. It was clear that no effort had been made to modernize or maintain the space. We were so put off by the conditions of the room that we even started looking for flights to another country just to get away from the hotel. The thought of spending another night in that environment was unbearable, and we were desperate to leave as soon as possible. The only positive aspect of our stay was the reception staff. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind people. Their professionalism and warmth were a stark contrast to the condition of the room, and we truly appreciated their efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this hotel fell far short of our expectations. The family room was in a shocking state of disrepair and neglect, and we would not recommend it to anyone. While the staff were wonderful, they couldn’t make up for the appalling conditions of the room. We hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of the accommodations is simply unacceptable.

Отель очень уставший. У нас в номере были муравьи. Спасло только то, что взяли средство от них из дома. В номере протекал душ и капал по ночам. Очень влажно! Завтрак включен, но вызывает сомнения условия чистоты, в которых он был приготовлен. По всему отелю бегают грязные собаки и ночью спят на стульях, где утром едят постояльцы. Из хорошего: отличный вид на океан и расположение рядом с аптекой (магазин).

Неплохой отель на первой линии. Есть своя территория и пляж (не купались). Завтраки нормальные. В пешей доступности есть магазины. До Эль Нидо трайсикл 100 песо.

Located just 20 feet from the sandy shores, this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at home. The check-in process was quick, and I was immediately captivated by the stunning view from my room. With a private balcony overlooking the beach, I could enjoy the sound of the waves and the salty breeze without even leaving my space. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and cozy decor. One of the highlights of my 永安 was the easy access to the beach. It was just a short stroll down a charming path, allowing me to spend my days sunbathing, swimming, and exploring. Breakfast by the ocean was a standout, featuring fresh pastries and local fruits. Overall, this is a hidden gem for anyone seeking a beach getaway. The convenient location, friendly service, and quality accommodations make it an ideal choice for a relaxing vacation.

Отель в целом хороший, расположение неплохое. Номер располагался на втором этаже с балконом. Кровать хорошая с удобным матрасом. Завтрак неплохой двух вариантов по меню. Написано есть чайник в номере, но чайника не было. Есть кулер с горячей и холодной водой возле столовой, можно набирать воду. Ванная комната небольшая, горячая вода была. Но напор воды не очень хороший. Есть шампунь в пакетиках, мыло, зубные щетки. В целом можно порекомендовать этот отель.
