The hotel is clean, great food, staff is excellent and they have a shuttle service to Lio, El Nido town and airport. Best beaches to visit Lio and Las Cabañas.

The reception Jazel was so nice. She helped a lot, and gave us more recommendations for our tour. Thanks to her, our stay was even more memorable. We will definitely visit El Nido and this hotel again! :))

The room looks pretty and the hotel looks aesthetic. They offer free transfer from airport to hotel just make sure to coordinate with the hotel. 5mins away. Breakfast is great too. The bathroom is not favorite tho. Messed up rainfall shower.

Very good welcome and excellent service. We had an early flight in the morning but they managed to give a box for breakfast. Room very well maintained and comfortable beds 👌🏽

A little slice of luxury. Amazing clean rooms and pool. We didn’t have hot water but it was sorted quickly! Scooter hire is expensive here (compared with outside) but necessary to get around. The hotel has a transfer bus but times are limited to morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good (expensive compared with outside as understand in hotel). If you order the pork, it’s like a starter portion so bear in mind.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool, Gym und super Frühstück. Ein wenig entfernt vom Stadtzentrum, aber mit vermitteltem Motorroller oder hoteleigenem Shuttle kein Problem. Danke für den guten Service.

We had an amazing stay at Charlie’s. The staff were lovely, always saying hello and happy to help with anything. We booked a room with pool access, it was spacious and also had a big bathroom. The bar and restaurant both had a great selection and the welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch! One of the best features of this hotel is its proximity to Lio Beach, only a 5 minute ride away, where there are an array of bars and restaurants and a beautiful sunset every night. My partner is dairy and gluten intolerant and there were plenty of options for her there which was pretty rare in general for the Philippines. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was well worth the money.

I absolutely adored my time at Charlie's. The staff were incredible, the pool area very pretty and well-kept, and the food fantastic. I loved the eco-friendly resources including the ability to refill the glass water bottles. And the massage I had there, was sensational. I'm trained in massage, as are many of my close friends, so I feel truly able to say - it was out of this world. 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Whilst Charlie's is away from the town, this makes it perfect for switching off and just fully enjoying it all. The shuttle to Lio beach and town also made everything so easy. I cannot wait to stay again!

The free shuttle service to and from El Nido town and Lio Beach was such a convenient bonus. It made exploring the area stress-free and added to the overall ease of our vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay in El Nido with top-notch service and excellent amenities, Charlie’s El Nido Hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!
